What should I do when picking up the car?

A deposit will be requested once you arrive at the pick-up point for your rental vehicle. The amount of the said deposit will be blocked (not debited) on your payment card at the time of pick-up or, in the event of online registration.

Full-full option

When recovering your vehicle, you can request the full tank option.

You will be billed for fuel costs: before returning your vehicle, please replace the fuel you have used. If you return your vehicle with less fuel than when you picked it up, you will be charged a non-refundable service fee of € 25 in addition to the missing fuel.

In which cases can additional costs be invoiced?

In general, the customer is required to pay additional costs in the event of non-compliance with the clauses appearing in the contract. Indeed HIBA DEARM CAR is expressly authorized to apply the corresponding charges to the credit card after having provided the reasons for which these charges are applied and the justification of the amount.

In particular, HIBA DEARM CAR may invoice the CUSTOMER, as the case may be, for expenses related to:

• ANY damage or loss caused to the vehicle, the cover of which is not justified and / or insured by THE CUSTOMER with the immobilization costs of the vehicle, the amount of which results from the application of the current type of costs.

• The amount paid by HIBA DEARM CAR  for fines, administrative management expenses and legal costs for each procedure arising from traffic offenses or violations of the law by any authorized driver, including penalties related to late payment by the CUSTOMER.

• Damage caused by the negligence of the CUSTOMER, which expressly includes loss of keys, fuel filling errors, loss of accessories and / or instruments inside the vehicle.

How quickly should I return the car?

The period for returning the rental car is granted by the period determined in the contract, except for a conventional extension granted by the lessor. In the absence of restitution by the agreed deadline, the latter reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the expense of the tenant.

What profile and age should I have as a driver?

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving license with a minimum of 2 years of service. Only the driver designated in the contract can take the wheel.

Delivery / collection

The place of delivery or recovery of vehicles is determined at the customer's choice (Airports, Hotels, Stations, etc.) 
A credit card imprint is required at time of delivery.
The use of vehicles on unpaved tracks is absolutely prohibited.

Long-term rental (LLD)

Very advantageous rates are offered for any rental of more than one month. 
Daily rates are calculated on a 24 hour basis. 
Weekly rates are calculated on the basis of 7 consecutive days.

Payment

A bank or credit card must be presented to HIBA DEARM CAR when renting a car. The card presented must be in the name of the main driver, and still be valid on the date of return of the Vehicle. In the event of withdrawal of a Vehicle that has been the subject of a prior reservation, the card presented must be the one used for said reservation. The rental amount is payable in euros or Dhs, according to one of the following accepted payment methods: Payment by bank or credit card: You can pay for your rental by bank card, credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Euro -MasterCard,),. Also payments made by Swift transfer are accepted. Or in cash.
Our rates include Unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, vehicle delivery / recovery. Our prices are expressed in Euros / Dhs

In case of cancellation how should I proceed?

In the event of cancellation, the down payments remain with the company HIBA DEARM CAR .
In the event that the car is returned before the planned end date of the reservation, the customer does not benefit from any refund for the remaining period.

Insurance:

All our vehicles are fully insured. However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, broken glass, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a capped non-redeemable deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that he is partially or fully liable. For any accident, a report is mandatory.

Rental with driver:

This service is provided at the customer's request, please specify it at the time of booking for a personalized quote.

Reservation :

To reserve a vehicle with HIBA DEARM CAR , you can do it online or contact one of our agencies in Morocco.

Bail

Also called a security deposit, the latter corresponds to the amount you prepaid at the time of booking, either that You will pay when you collect the Vehicle or when you return the Vehicle. This security deposit takes the form of a bank pre-authorization.

The amount of this security deposit is determined according to several criteria such as the category of Vehicle that You are renting, the Rental Period and any additional mobility services that you will subscribe to when you collect the Vehicle. Other features of your reservation may also have an effect on the amount of the security deposit.

Samicar may also invoice You for various costs and indemnities which may apply in the event of incidents that may arise during the Rental Period and / or due to the way in which You have used the Vehicle.

The amount blocked for this pre-authorization will be canceled within a period of 7 to 21 days max.

These fees and charges include:

• Administrative costs of processing fines that are the responsibility of  client.

• The cleaning costs of the Vehicle returned in an unfit condition for its relocation.

• Fees for lost or stolen keys.

• “Damage” to the Vehicle (any physical Damage or act of vandalism) and / or “Theft of the Vehicle” (the theft of the Vehicle itself or accessories and / or the attempted theft of the Vehicle or any accessory). Your liability in this regard may be limited depending on the type of protection You have chosen to purchase. Basic or Premuim

• Administrative costs for the treatment of Damage caused to the Vehicle.

• The following additional costs and fees, if any and specific: surcharges linked to the rental in stations located in airports or train stations the cost of returning the Vehicle to a HIBA DEARM CAR branch other than the one where You collected it;

• Contraventions: As the renter of the Vehicle, you are financially and criminally responsible for all infringements of the applicable driving and parking rules. Consequently, you are liable for all infractions occurring as a result of driving and / or using the vehicle in contravention of the applicable driving and parking rules. Failing this, HIBA DEARM CAR communicates your contact details to the competent authorities. For each contravention, an administrative processing fee is billed to you by Avis, at the price indicated in the applicable Pricing Conditions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN OR THEFT OF THE VEHICLE?

In the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident which prevents You from continuing your journey, HIBA DEARM CAR  provides you with an assistance service, included in the price of your rental.

In the event of an accident, you must inform the departure HIBA DEARM CAR agency (or HIBA DEARM CAR Assistance) and, if applicable, the local police authorities at the latest within a maximum period of five (5) days. work and submit, within the same period, or send to HIBA DEARM CAR an amicable accident report. 

Optional equipment and services

HIBA DEARM CAR provides you with optional equipment and services, invoiced at the prices indicated in the Pricing Conditions. Equipment: For your comfort and safety,  HIBA DEARM CAR offers you to subscribe to the rental of the following equipment: - Booster seat - Baby seat - Child seat - GPS This equipment is subject to availability at the agency.

Vehicle use

The name of the renter indicated on the Rental Agreement is that of the main driver, who must be present when the Rental Agreement is signed and to whom the costs related to the rental are invoiced.

Vehicle Drivers:

Only the main driver and drivers for whom the “additional driver” option has been taken out (having presented the supporting documents indicated in the above article) are covered by the additional insurance and additional protection included in the Rental Agreement. If the driver of the Vehicle is neither the main driver nor the additional driver, you will be liable for the damage suffered by the Vehicle up to the limit of its market value, as well as the costs and costs linked to its immobilization.
